Fluorine gypsum brick or brick additive

Fluorine gypsum brick or brick additive

Fluoropgypsum brick and colored brick are a kind of building materials made from fluorspar, which is used for hydration reaction to produce the cementitious product dihydrous gypsum. The formula of fluorine gypsum brick is: fluorine gypsum 60%, fly ash 20%, slag 15%, quick lime 5%, JF10.5%, JF14%. The production process is to mix the above raw materials evenly in proportion, and use semi-dry vibration pressing to form. The forming pressure is 15~20MPa, and the brick can be stopped, stacked and maintained for 28d. The 28d strength of gypsum brick produced by this method is 43.9MPa and the softening coefficient is 0.80. It is found that adding slag can improve the strength and water resistance of brick.

Gypsum brick and gypsum colored brick with strength conforming to the national building materials standard are made from fluoropgypsum as the main raw material. The production process is: adding lime with cementitious properties and a certain amount of boiler cinder in a certain proportion of fluoropgypsum as aggregate, and then adding a small amount of inorganic salt activator sodium chloride, broken and mixed with water, into the brickmaking machine forming, finally stacked, watering and maintenance can be. It is found that the addition of inorganic salt activator can increase the conversion rate of dihydrous gypsum in gypsum brick by more than 20%. Due to the improvement of the hydration rate of fluoropgypsum, the technical properties such as compressive strength and compactness of brick will be greatly improved, and the resistance of colored brick

The compressive strength increased from 15.5MPa to 26.3MPa, and the effect was very significant.
