2. condensation hardening fast, high early strength: generally speaking, after adding water within 15 minutes of basic hydration, gypsum based self-leveling can form high strength of hardening body.
3. Light weight, thermal insulation, good thermal insulation: gypsum based self-leveling's surface density is about 1150kg/m3, thermal conductivity is about 0.121-0.205W/m.k, it can improve the building thermal insulation.
4. Expansion and shrinkage: the micro expansion of gypsum can make the surface of the gypsum based self-leveling smooth and full, it won't cracking after drying.
5.Good fire resistance: gypsum belongs to inorganic materials, with non-combustible characteristic. The final hydration product：calcium sulfate dihydrate, when meet fire, it can remove crystal water to form a evaporation to prevent heat conduction , effectively prevent the spread of fire.
6. Energy-saving effect: the main product of gypsum is building gypsum, it does not need high temperature calcination in the production. The discarded gypsum, after crushing and screening, it can be used as raw materials for gypsum production after calcination.
