By selecting semi-aqueous gypsum, lime, cement, alum and FG202 as the initiator, Li Ruyi prepared fluoropresso self-leveling ground material with spread degree of 302mm, initial setting time of 3.3h, final setting time of 8.5h, absolute dry bending resistance of 6.23MPa, absolute dry compressive resistance of 14.17MPa, and softening coefficient of 0.73. Performance indicators are up to the standard of Japan housing Corporation, with good fluidity, high flatness, no bleeding, strong water resistance, good volume stability and other advantages.
Du Chuanwei et al. from Jinan University used fluoropresse as raw material, modified by joining compound active activator, and regenerated fluoropresse. Under the joint action of water reducing agent and water retaining agent, a fluoro-gypsum based self-leveling material was prepared. The initial and final setting time of the self-leveling material were 3.6h and 4.9h, and the absolute dry bending and compressive strength were 10.7MPa and 35.1MPa, respectively. The measured performance indexes were better than the requirements of JC/T 1023-2007 Gypsum based self-leveling Mortar.
